Once you disconnect from the media and enjoy reading something other than the negativity of the news you will find that your mind is clearer and relaxed. Much like the benefits of getting outside for a walk, jog or bike ride.
I recently finished reading The Book of Knowing and Worth ~ A Channeled Text by Paul Selig. And I’m now immersed in Ascension ~ the Accelerated Path into the New Millennium by Betsy-Morgan Coffman.
