Welcome to today’s edition of Tantalizing Thursdays at Energy of Serenity.
The word of the day is… Nourishment
To continue from the previous journaling prompt on meditation, nourishment of the body through healthy eating habits, and exercise will create a better mental outlook on your day and your meditation sessions. I find that when I slip from my healthy eating habits I feel fatigued and bloated. I try my best to eat a balanced diet of dairy, vegetables, fruits, grains and proteins. As well as a Pilates workout before work and a two-mile walk either at lunch time or after work rounds out my regiment. The break at lunchtime not only rejuvenates my body, it clears my mind with the fresh air.
