I dare you to make a point of laughing at yourself at least once a day and throughout the day to unearth other things that HUMOR you. The stress release you will feel is inspiring. It’s important not to take yourself too seriously. If you do, you will end up as one wrinkled prune. I dare you, laugh at yourself… it will be fun…I promise!
One of my most memorable laugh at myself moment… I was singing at the top of my lungs using my curling iron as a microphone. When my daughter walked into the room, I did not stop out of embarrassment. I began cracking up and kept singing, and she joined in with me. Priceless! In the past, I would have stopped and acted like she didn’t catch me. So fun to be spontaneous!
Laugh at Yourself
