Energy of Serenity Return Policy: All Reiki Services Final and you may gift reiki services to family or friends.
At Energy of Serenity, we offer the highest quality Reiki infused products.
Damaged Product: If by chance a product you have purchased arrives damaged we will replace it with the same product with proof of damage.
Product Not What Expected: If the product you have received is not what you expected we will issue a full refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.
Notification of Return: Both types of notification needs to be made within 7 days of the customer receipt of product.
